Official Rules​

We require users to read and follow all rules on this thread. They're applied since 05 - 07 - 2014 and we're allowed to change them whenever we want, our team is up to date with them, so you must be too.The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site/server ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts ("Content"). Content submitted express the views of their author only.

 

1. Advertising

One of the most important rules which got violates a lot, advertising is not allowed on our forums and our network. By sharing your IP, Website via public chat or private messaging isn't allowed and will get you banned forever.

 

1.1 Advertising YouTube/Twitch urls

Advertising your YouTube/Twitch url requires a YouTube/Twitch rank. You may request this rank here.

 

2.0 Hacking / Abusing

You as a player isn't allowed to use any client modifications and/or hacks that aren't listed here. Any modifications that will increases your chance to win a game will get you banned. If caught using Hacked Clients or Modifications, will result in a permanent ban from the network and/or forums.

 

2.1 Allowed Modifications/Hacks

Here's a list of allowed modifications, which won't increase your chance to win:

• Shader Mods or simular.

• Optifine or simular.

• Rei's minimap, not Zan's minimap!

• Damage Indicator Mods

 

2.2 Disbanded Modifications/Hacks

Types of modifications that are not allowed:

• Hacking clients, like Nodus.

• Speed hacks, fly hacks, forcefield and other simular hacks.

• Mods that provide additional data to the player that would otherwise not be seen, eg: Radar Chest Mods.

• X-Ray or Chest Finder hacks or simular hacks aren't allowed.

 

2.3 Cheating or Exploiting

Any kind of cheating is not permitted. By active abusing bugs you'll have a chance to get temporary banned or permanent banned. Please report any bug on our forums.

 

3.0 Respect People

You must respect all users as they are. We are all different and nobody likes the same things. Please be respectful and helpful while playing on our network. Do not blacklist people on our network/forum. Discrimination will not be tolerated and it'll never be, this will result in a permanent ban.

 

3.1 Respecting Staff

All decisions we made are considered final. Please do not argue about this decision. If a staff member is abusing his powers, please contact the owner 'ItsJustBjarn' by sending an email to abuse@gameblade.net.Pretending yourself as a staff member will get you permanent banned as if this will get us a bad name. If you see somebody pretending himself as a staff member, please contact a real admin as fast as possible. You can recognize staff members with the following prefixes:   [OWNER], [ADMIN], [MOD], [HELPER], [DEV].

 

4.0 Content

There are people with an age of 12 or younger visiting us too, please note they aren't allowed to view all content on the internet.We will not allow the following types of content:

• Racism, Sexism, Ageism etc.

• Pornographical content is strictly forbidden!

• Discrimating people their religion.

 

We recommend you to talk English as because all staff members speak and understand that language. We're not forcing you to talk English, but more people will understand you.

4.1 Spam / Capital Lock
It's strictly forbidden to spam in any type. When sending too many worthless messages, spamming with commands or any other kind of spam your access to our website will be closed forever, you'll also get a 3 months ban on our network.

4.2 Inappropriate Language
Using inappropriate language is prohibited. Swearing is allowed, but in moderation. When swearing a lot you'll get temporary banned from our network and/or forums.

4.3 Offtopic
Going off-topic isn't allowed on our forums, please talk about what the thread is made for.

4.4 Skins
Offensive skins or sexually intended skins are not allowed on the network. When using a skin like that you'll get warned and forced to change it, after still using the same skin you'll get temporary banned till you request an unban and changed your skin.

5.0 Raiding
Raiding is definitely not allowed. This will result in a temporary ban of 1 month. Also, breaking into someone's house is not allowed.

6.0 Spawnkilling / Camping
You're defenitely not allowed to spawnkill people or camp near spawns. When doing that, you'll risk a chance of getting banned for over 3 months. Also, killing new players that just joined isn't allowed, give them a chance to rank up and get some weapons and money!

7.0 Multiple Accounts Per IP
More than one account per Internet Protocol ("IP") is allowed. You're not allowed to trade items between those accounts and you're not allowed to send money to them. If you're still doing that and/or abusing this rule you'll have a chance to get a temporary ban of 3 months, if it's your second ban a permanent ban.

7.1 Alternate Accounts
Alternate Accounts are not allowed. If you got multiple accounts for your own use you'll get temporary banned and your alternate account will be permanent banned. After your first unban, you'll get a permanent ban as usual.

8.0 Donations

8.1 Refunds/Chargebacks
We'll never give a refund, this means that if you buy a package, you'll never get your money back. Claiming a refund via PayPal isn't allowed.

8.2 So-called Purchases
Lying about your so-called purchase from us will be refused by us immediately. In case of serious problems, we obviously have to take action.

8.3 Voluntary
A donation is voluntary and it is not a 'must' to play on the server. By donating you can only get some nice privileges in the servers.

8.4 Banned?
Even if you get banned, we'll never give a refund.

8.5 Abuse
When there is abuse of the privileges that you get, staff members may disable them temporary.
